Her labors on earth had been heavy and God said it’s time for you rest at Oschner Medical Hospital of Kenner, LA after a brief illness. Felicia was born in Wathall Co on July 5, 1971 to the late Lavoice Howard and Mary Nell Fortenberry-Howard. Funeral Service for 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at Mt. Moriah MB Church, Tylertown, MS. Visitation will be 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday, August 2, 2019 at Craft-Ginn Funeral Chapel, Tylertown, Ms. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
